Important Information for Candidates |
|
1.
As a precaution of COVID-19, the candidate must
reach the center as indicated against the reporting/entry time in the
center. 2.
No candidate will be allowed to enter after the
gate closing time. 3.
No candidate will be allowed to leave the
examination room/hall before the end of the examination. 4.
After the exam is over, please wait for the instigator's instruction and do not get up from your seat until the advice is given. These Candidates will be allowed only one exit at a time. 5.
All candidates are required to download and read
carefully the instructions and advice for COVID-19 provided with the
admission card and strictly adheres to them. 6.
The Admission Card and related details are in four
pages - Page 1 includes Center Details and Self-Declaration (Undertaking)
Form Regarding COVID-19, page 2 contains “Important Notice for Candidates”
and pages 3 and 4 have “Advisor for Candidates” COVID-19” related. The
candidate has to download all the four pages. 7.
The entry form is provisional, subject to
satisfying the eligibility conditions given in the information bulletin. 8.
Candidates are suggested to visit the examination of the venue, one day in advance to see the arrangement at the center so that they
do not come Facing any problem on the day of the exam. 9.
If you need to wear special attire for religion /
customs, please visit the initial center for a thorough investigation. 10.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center without an admission card, valid ID proof, and proper frisking. Freaking will be carried out by handheld metal detector (HMD)

Candidates are advised that they can take the

attendance sheet D)

Before reaching the center, candidates must enter the required details in the Undertaking of Legible Signature, put their signature And paste the photograph in the appropriate place. They should make sure that their left side thumb impression is clear Sorry. 13.
The candidate should “keep with any one of the
original and valid photo identity proof issued by the government” – PAN Card
/ Voter ID/ Driving License / 12th

For Drawing Test - B.Arch. Part III., Candidate has to bring his / her geometry set, pencils, eraser, and color. Pencils or crayons. Candidates are not allowed to use watercolor on the drawing sheet. 16.
Candidates are not allowed to carry any personal belongings
including electronic devices, mobile phones and other prohibited/banned items
listed in the information center bulletin at the examination center.

Thick shoes with large buttons and worn shoes /
footwear is not allowed. 18.

Preparation at center |

1.

Pre-exam preparation |

At the time of entry |

1.
Candidates need to maintain a space of at least 6
feet from each other at all times. Queue manager/ropes and Floor marks will be arranged outside the center, follow the instructions given by the center staff. 2.
Outside the room / Hall number will not be
displayed outside the center so that there is no crowd in any place under any
circumstances. 3.
Candidates have to wash and clean their hands with soap and hand sanitizer before entering the center. The hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in the center. 4.
Candidates should bring properly filled in Admit
Card and Undertaking as per instructions. 5.
Candidates will display their documents for
verification from a safe distance. 6.
Do not bring prohibited items to the examination center as there are no arrangements available for the safety of your luggage.
Please refer to point-11 of important notice for candidates given on
page-2 for approval. 7.
At the time of admission, the Undertaking and body temperature (using a Thermo gun) will be checked on the admit card. And
Center staff will guide you to the respective room/hall after contact-free
frisking and document verification. Candidates, It is necessary to strictly follow the instructions given by the staff of the center. 8.
If the body temperature is higher than the
standard of COVID-19, the candidate will take the exam in a separate room or
isolation. 9.
Please observe that anyone will be denied
permission to take the exam as long as he/she violates the COVID-19
directives/advisors of the government (center/state) applicable on the day of
examination and instructions are given therein the Admission card. |
During the exam |

1.
Five A4 size sheets will be kept on each candidate's desk for use by the Rough Work candidate. If additional sheets are required Rough work by the candidate, will be made available on the same demand. 2.
The sitting area will be thoroughly cleaned before
each shift begins (and after the candidate's last shift) - monitor keyboard,
mouse, Webcam, desk, and chair. Candidates can do the same cleaning further

Candidates have to affix a passport size
photograph and sign the attendance sheet after washing hands with sanitizer. |
After the exam |

1.
Upon completion of the shift, candidates will be allowed to exit one candidate at a time in a systematic manner. Please wait Do not get out of your seat unless instructed by the invigilator. 2.
Candidate must put admit card and rough sheets in
the advisory box after showing the available staff Drop Bx If any candidate
does not fail to place the admit card or rough sheets in the drop dx, action
