NBH Recruitment 2020 Salary
➤ The starting Basic salary is Rs. 23,700/- per month in the salary scale of Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42,020 to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The current pay scale is under revision. Selected candidates may also be qualified to receive Special DA, Dearness Allowance, Special Pay, House Rent Allowance, and City Compensatory Allowance depending on rules in force from time and energy to time. The current total emoluments are Rs. 44,143/- p.m. (approx.)
NBH Recruitment 2020 Selection Process
➤ Phase I: Online Examination Objective and Descriptive Tests ➥ Objective Test: for 200 marks-3 Hr. Duration ➥ Descriptive Test: is really a test of English Language for 25 marks. The test will soon be of 30 minutes duration consisting of two papers, Letter Writing and Essay. Candidates will need to answer the Descriptive exam by typing on the computer. The descriptive Test will commence just after the completion of the Objective Test. Descriptive Exam is of qualifying in nature, and the applicant needs to secure the minimum attaining minimum marks in Objective Test.will have separate time. ➥ Penalty for the wrong Answer: Each question in Objective Tests can have five alternative choices, our of what type is going to be the correct answer. There would have been a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Test. For each and every wrong answer marked, 1 / 4 of the marks assigned compared to that question is going to be deducted as penalty to reach the corrected score. If your question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked by the candidate; you will have no penalty for that question. ➤ Phase II: Interview ➥ A class wise merit list will prepare yourself on the cornerstone of the aggregate marks scored in the Objective Test. The minimum aggregate takes off marks to be shortlisted for the Interview will soon be decided by the Bank in terms of how many vacancies. The candidates shortlisted for the interview will undoubtedly be published on the NHB website. Interviews will soon be conducted at the NHB head office in New Delhi ONLY. ➥ Details regarding enough time & date of the Interview is going to be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the e-Call Letter.
