SEBI Officer Post Recruitment 2020 Age Limit on 29/02/2020 (Eligibility)

SEBI Officer Post Recruitment 2020 Application Fee

 

·         1000/- for UR / EWS / OBC candidates

·         100/- for SC / ST / EXSM/Female, PWBD candidates

·         Mode of Payment: Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet Banking or Any Post Office through Challan

 

SEBI Officer Post Recruitment 2020 Selection Process

 

·         Three Stage Selection Process

·         Stage I: Online Screening Examination Of Two Papers of 100 marks each

§  There will probably be negative marking (1/4th of marks) for Paper 1 and Paper 2 in Phase I.

§  There will probably be a cut-off of a minimum of 30% for Paper 1 (no sectional cut-off will probably be there) and a cut-off of a minimum of 40% for Paper 2 in Phase I.

§  Candidates would have to secure a separate cut-off in each paper, as stated above, along with aggregate cut-off marks of 40% in Phase I exam to be shortlisted for Phase II. Which marks obtained in Phase I shall be used only for shortlisting the candidates for  Phase-II examination this process and will not be counted for the final Choice of the candidates.

§ At the mercy of the criteria mentioned above, most of the candidates who clear Phase I'll be shortlisted for Phase II. The set of candidates shortlisted for Phase II will soon be made on the SEBI website.

 

·         Stage II: Online Screening Examination Of Two Papers of 100 marks each


§  Candidates shortlisted for Phase II will undoubtedly be issued new Hall Tickets.


§  For candidates who've applied in multiple streams, Paper-II will soon be conducted in several shifts, the timings that would be intimated in the Hall Ticket.


§  There will probably be negative marking (1/4th of marks assigned to the question) for Paper 2in Phase II (except IT stream for which details will probably be informed in due course).


§  There will probably be a cut-off of a minimum 30% for Paper 1 and a cut-off of minimum of 40% for Paper 2 in Phase II.


§  Candidates would have to secure a separate cut-off in each paper as stated at above, along with aggregate cut-off marks of 40% in Phase II exam (weightage of 1/3rdfor Paper 1 and 2/3rdfor Paper 2) to be shortlisted for Phase III.


§  Subject to the above criteria, candidates are equal to 3 times how many vacancies will probably be shortlisted, so as of merit, for Phase III i.e. the Interview. The set of candidates shortlisted for Interview will soon be made on the SEBI website.

 



·         Stage III: Interview

 

 

SEBI Officer Post Recruitment 2020 Salary and Pay Scale

 

·         Probation: The successful candidates recruited for Officer Grade' A' shall undergo probation of two years. The candidates will probably be confirmed in SEBI's services with their satisfactory performance through the probation period.

·         Pay: The pay scale in SEBI of officers in Grade A is Rs. 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 (17 years). Presently, the gross emolument including SEBI's Contribution towards the National Pension Scheme (NPS), Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance, etc. at Mumbai, at the least, this scale is approx. Rs. 1, 07,000/- p.m. without accommodation and Rs. 73,000/- p.m. with accommodation.

·         Benefits: Other benefits viz., Leave Fare Concession, Medical Expenses, Eye Refraction, House Cleaning Allowance, Education Allowance, Financial Dailies, Briefcase, Book Grant, Conveyance Expenses, Staff Furnishing Scheme,  Subsidized Lunch Facility, Scheme for Purchasing Computers, and other benefits as admissible to an Officer in Grade A in SEBI.

·         Accommodation: Residential accommodation will be provided at the mercy of availability.

·         Posting: The incumbent might be posted and utilized in India, where SEBI has its Offices. The recruited officers might be posted to any department of SEBI, regardless of the stream.
