- ➤ For Primary School Assistant Teacher Post:
- Minimum Qualification:-
- a) Senior Secondary (class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
- OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 45% marks and 2 Not year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
- OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EL.Ed.). Orders
- OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- OR
- Graduation and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
- OR
- Graduation with at least 50. marks and Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.)
- Essential Qualification:- The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Central government OR any State Govt in India in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCIE
- ➤ For Upper Primary School Assistant Teacher Post:
- Minimum Qualification:-
- a) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 50% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
- OR
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with atleast 45% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regards
- OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with atleast 50% marks and 04 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.)
- OR
- Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with atleast 50% marks and 04 years B.A. Ed./ B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed.
- OR

- ➤ Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers purely on Short Term Contract (STC) Basis for Government Schools on a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thoukand Only) for Primary and Rs. 23,000/- (Twenty Three Thousand Only) for Upper Primary School.

Offline on or before 02-11-2020
- ➤ Step 3: Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates and the candidates working with the UT Administration will be governed by current OMs of the Administration as well as of Gol. - List of Eligible and Ineligible candidates will be published on the official website.
- ➤ Step 4: The process of selection from amongst the Eligible Candidates will commence on 12h November 2020. Any changes (if any) shall be intimated through the official website i.e. www.dnh.nic.in and www.daman.nic.in be intimated separately.
- ➤ Step 5: Single application for both the posts viz. Primary & Upper Primary School Teacher will not be entertained. Applicants need to apply separately for both the posts.
