SWR Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:
✤ Candidates should have passed 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma or equivalent from a recognized board.
SWR Recruitment 2020 Application Fee:
➤ 500/- For General and OBC Candidates
➤ 250/- For the SC/ST/PWD/Women.
➤ Mode of Payment: The Examination fee should be paid in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) only, from any post office drawn in favor of Asst. Personnel officer/HQ & Genl., South Western Railway, Hubballi, payable at Hubballi.
SWR Recruitment 2020 Salary:
✤ For the Level of 2/3 of Pay Matrix of VII CPC (PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay Rs. 1900/2000 in VI CPC) norms will be.
SWR Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:
☛ RECRUITMENT PROCESS: The recruitment will be based on performance during trials, assessment of sports achievements & educational qualification. The candidates who are found FIT in trials only will be considered for the next stage.
☛ MEDICAL EXAMINATION: The Candidates recommended for appointment will have to pass the requisite medical fitness test(s) conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure that the candidates are Medically FIT to carry out the duties connected with the post. Only those candidates who are Medically FIT would be impaneled for an appointment.

➤ Before Applying, Candidates are advised to use the Notification carefully and make sure they are fulfilled All eligibility criteria their eligibility will be temporary and will only be verified if they are shortlisted for Choice.
➤ First, carefully read all the instructions given in the employment notification before filling the application form & ensure that you are eligible to apply.
➤ Application as per the 'Annexure -I (along with 'Annexure - Il), shall be submitted on A-4 size good quality paper. The Application can be downloaded from the websites of Railway Recruitment Cell, South Western Railway, Hubballi (www.rrchubliLin), and South Western Railway, Hubballi (www.swr.indianrailways.gov.in). The application should be filled in English or Hindi language only. The applications in other than English or Hindi languages will be rejected.
➤ The application should be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and signed (Not to be signed in capital letters). The candidate has to affix/paste (not to be pinned) one recent passport size color photograph without a wig, cap, or colored glasses (not older than two months), duly attested/self-attested by signing partially on the application and partially on the photo in the space provided for the purpose. The candidate is also required to enclose one extra passport size photograph (same as the one affixed/pasted on the application) along with the application.
➤ WHOM TO APPLY: The applications filled in all respects as per the format enclosed as 'Annexure - must be sent only through the ordinary post (not through Registered post or through Speed Post or through courier service;) addressed to "The Assistant Personnel Officer /HQ & Genl, Railway Recruitment Cell, 2 floors, Old G.M's Office Building. Club Road, Hubballi-580023" OR dropped in the application box in the Office of the Railway Recruitment Cell, 2 floors. Old G.M.'s Office Building. Club Road, Hubbali- 580 023 The cover shall be super scribed as "Application for Group 'C post against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement Scheme) for the year 2020-21" and should reach the Addressee on or before 17.45 Hours of 28-12-2020.
➤ For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir. Lahaul & Spiti districts and Pangi Sub- Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands and the candidates residing abroad, the closing date for receipt of applications by post will be 17.45 Hours of 12-01-2021
